Kolkata, July 30 -- Eleven Bangladeshi illegal immigrants, including four women and as many
children, have been arrested following search operations at hideouts by the Nadia District police in West Bengal, official sources said today.
The police following a tip off raided the hideouts on Tuesday night at Baranberia Niralapara under
Dhantala police station and arrested three males, four women and as many children. Police said they
were looking for opportunities to cross over to Bangladesh after they returned from Ahmedabad (Gujarat) where they had gone as migrant workers.
All are residents of Baliadanga village in Batiaghata police station of Bangladesh's Khulna district.
