Patna, Aug. 1 -- The Election Commission today dismissed allegations of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar as "rubbish" and clarified that the Commission was working with complete transparency and impartiality.
Election Commission sources informed that a mail was sent to Gandhi on June 12, requesting him to come to the Commission to place his views about the allegations being levelled by him. A letter was also sent to Gandhi with the same request but he did not turn up even then.
