Agra, Oct. 21 -- A 70-year-old woman was hacked to death in the Runakta area of Sikandra, Agra, following a long-standing dispute between two neighbouring families.
The incident occurred after a disagreement involving children from both families escalated unexpectedly, police said today.
The victim, identified as Firdous, was reportedly sitting outside her home on Monday evening when the accused, a 30-year-old man named Imran, allegedly attacked her with a sharp weapon. She sustained fatal injuries and died on the spot.
