Eight flights cancelled from Srinagar Airport amid nationwide disruptions

Srinagar, Dec. 6 -- Flight operations continued to witness major disruptions at Srinagar International Airport on Saturday, as eight flights, including seven operated by IndiGo, were cancelled amid nationwide flight disruptions, officials said.

They said IndiGo had scheduled 36 flights to and from Srinagar on Saturday, with 18 arrivals and 18 departures.

"IndiGo cancelled seven arriving and seven departing flights. A SpiceJet flight operating both ways was also cancelled," an airport official said.

In addition to the cancellations, four IndiGo flights were delayed.
