Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi celebrated across Marathwada with fervour

Ch. Sambhajinagar, Sept. 9 -- The festival of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, commemorating the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), was celebrated with traditional reverence across the Marathwada region today.

In Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the main Julus-e-Mohammadi procession commenced at 9 AM from Hazrat Nizamuddin Chowk in Shahgunj. The procession, organised by the Eid Milad-un-Nabi Intezamia Committee, passed through Raja Bazaar,Nawabpura, Jinsi Corner, Champa Chowk, Shah Bazaar, Mominpura, Manjoorpura, Buddi Line, Juna Bazaar, Sarafa, and Gandhi Putli area before concluding at the starting point.
