Lucknow, Dec. 8 -- The e-challan process is being integrated in Uttar Pradesh with the aim of promoting road safety and reducing road accidents.
In this regard, significant steps are being taken through the joint efforts of the traffic police and the transport department, including the expansion of the e-challan portal, accident data analysis, and insurance integration, officials here on Monday disclosed.
As part of the process, an online dashboard is being created for the integration of the e-challan system with the Vahan and Sarathi apps, as well as for accident data collection.
