Mysuru, July 4 -- Amid mounting speculation over a possible change in Karnataka's chief ministership, Deputy Chief Minister and Congress state president D K Shivakumar today reiterated his faith in divine blessings, saying, "Efforts may fail, but not prayers." He made the remark during a temple visit to Chamundi Hills in Mysuru, accompanied by his family.
