Kolkata, Nov. 11 -- EEPC India, the apex engineering exports promotion body, has requested the government to include various steel and aluminium products manufactured especially by MSMEs in the ongoing negotiations with the US for a bilateral trade agreement (BTA).

The EEPC India has also suggested maintaining the status quo in terms of both quota and the out-of-quota tariffs while negotiating a free trade agreement (FTA) with the European union (EU).
