Shahpur (Lanj), March 2 -- Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Whip Keval Singh Pathania on Sunday said the quality of education in the state is steadily improving due to focused reforms by the government.
Addressing the Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony at Government Degree College, Lanj, he highlighted key initiatives including English-medium primary education, Rajiv Gandhi Day Boarding Schools, and adoption of the CBSE pattern to strengthen rural education.
Pathania inaugurated a newly built gym worth Rs 2.5 lakh and informed that over Rs 43 lakh had been spent on infrastructure development and ICT lab upgradation. He also announced solar lights, CCTV cameras, computers, and table tennis facilities for the college.
