Ranchi, Dec. 23 -- Jharkhand Governor Santosh Gangwar on Tuesday congratulated students and research scholars at the 10th convocation of Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh, stating that a convocation is not merely a formal conferment of degrees but a symbol of perseverance, discipline, patience, and sustained effort.
He said the occasion marks the completion of one important chapter and the beginning of another, urging graduates to apply the knowledge, values, and ethos gained from the university for the larger interests of society and the nation.
