Chennai, Dec. 27 -- Under Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0, a group of students from Varanasi gained a unique, close-up experience of Tamil Nadu's academic and cultural heritage,including learning the traditional martial art of Silambam.
During the tour, the students visited Ganapathy Tulsi Jain Engineering College, where they participated in special sessions organised under the 'Tamil Karkalam' theme, familiarising themselves with the Tamil language and local traditions.
Through Tamil language learning sessions held on the college campus, the students learned basic Tamil words and sentences commonly used in daily life.
