Pune, Oct. 11 -- Education is the most powerful weapon to bring about social change, while providing the greatest employment opportunities. West Bengal Governor C V Ananda Bose said today, urging them to continue lifelong learning.
He was addressing the 7th Convocation Ceremony of MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU) here.
He said in recognition of his lifelong contributions to education and global peace, Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad, Founder-President of MIT-WPU, was honoured with the Governor's Award of Excellence.
