New Delhi, Dec. 16 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED), is likely to appeal in the High Court challenging the order of special PMLA court which refused to take cognisance of the chargesheet in PMLA case linked to National Herald involving Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.
The sources in the ED said that legal advice was being taken by investigating officers at ED headquarters in this case.
"The ED is considering the possibility of filing an appeal against the order passed by the Rouse Avenue Court. Legal team to study and evaluate the detailed judgment of Rouse Avenue Court," a counsel said.
According to sources, " This was not an ordinary private complaint, but a case where cognisance of the offense had already been taken."The ED is in the...
