Chennai, Sept. 15 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) this evening restituted 27 immovableproperties to the tune of Rs 163.85 crore belonging to leading Chennai-based jewellery retail chainNathella Sampath Jewellery Private Limited under the Prevention of Money Launder Act (PMLA),2002, to SBI in a Rs 380 crore bank fraud case.
The properties were restituted as per the court order.
