Shimla, Sept. 22 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) carried out raids for the second consecutive day at the luxury Auramah Valley real estate project near Naldera, about 25 km from Shimla, in connection with a case registered under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).
According to sources, the project is linked to real estate tycoon M.K. Gill, who also owns properties in the National Capital Region (NCR) and runs a multinational firm registered as Empirical Property.
ED teams, supported by CRPF personnel, seized foreign currency, laptops, mobile phones, pen drives and several key documents during the operation.
