Bengaluru, April 25 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday conducted searches at premises linked to senior Congress MLA Vinay Kulkarni in Karnataka, in connection with allegations involving a woman accused of cheating a jeweller of several crores of rupees.
Speaking to reporters here, Kulkarni confirmed that the central agency was probing a case against him and accused it of harassment. "There should be some limit to troubling a person. It pains me to see people misusing the power they have. They want to finish me off politically and cut me off from people," he said.
