Chandigarh, Nov. 18 -- The investigation into the Delhi blast widened Tuesday as Enforcement Directorate (ED) teams conducted coordinated searches at Al-Falah University in Faridabad.
Meanwhile, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has begun decoding entries from a 150-page diary believed to belong to Dr. Umar. Much of the content is written in numerical codes, prompting cryptography experts to assist in interpreting the messages.
The ED raids began around 5 a.m., covering the university's administrative block, the trust's offices in Delhi's Okhla area, and more than two dozen premises linked to trustees and associates. Officials temporarily sealed the university's admin wing while examining financial and institutional records.
