New Delhi, Sept. 12 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) today said that they have filed a chargesheetbefore a Special Court (PMLA), Mohali against Bhupinder Singh, Vikas Bhandari and fourteen others in a money laundering investigation related to Guava Orchards Scam.
The chargesheet was filed by its Jalandhar Zonal Office.
The ED initiated PMLA investigation based on an FIR registered by the Vigilance Bureau, Punjab against Bhupinder Singh, Vikas Bhandari and others under various sections of IPC, 1860 and Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act.
