Mumbai, Sept. 27 -- The Enforcement Directorate has filed a chargesheet against businessman Raj Kundra alleging his involvement in a Bitcoin Ponzi scheme case, with investigators claiming he is the beneficial owner of 285 Bitcoins valued at approximately Rs 150.47 crore.
According to the chargesheet submitted before a special Prevention of Money Laundering Act court, Kundra concealed crucial evidence and failed to surrender the Bitcoins that investigators maintain were received from late crypto scam mastermind Amit Bhardwaj.
