New Delhi, Dec. 22 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Allahabad sub-zonal office, on Monday said it has filed a chargesheet against Vijay Mishra, former MLA of Bhadohi constituency (UP), Ram Lali Mishra, former MLC and three others under various sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act in assets case.
The ED initiated an investigation based on an FIR registered by the Uttar Pradesh Police against Vijay Mishra, Ram Lali Mishra and others.
Chargesheets were also filed by the police in connection with assets worth Rs 36.07 crore, in the form of movable and immovable properties during their tenure as public servants.
