New Delhi, Dec. 30 -- : The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Bhopal Zonal Office on Tuesday said that they recently attached immovable properties worth Rs. 3.38 Crore belonging to Santosh Paul, Regional Transport Officer (RTO), and Rekha Paul, Senior Clerk in the Transport Department of Madhya Pradesh.
The ED initiated PMLA investigation based on FIR registered by Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Bhopal under Sections 13(1)(b) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended), for accumulating assets disproportionate to their known sources of income.
