New Delhi, Sept. 23 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) today said that they have attached properties worth Rs. 94.22 Lakh and launched prosecution in the All India Services Officers Co-operative Group Housing Society Land Fraud Case that took place in Assam.
The properties belong to Rajendra Nath, an accused in the case.
The attachment is linked to a land fraud involving the All India Services Officers Co-operative Group Housing Society, Guwahati, Assam with IAS, IPS, IFS officers as its members.
In this case, the ED has recently filed a Prosecution Complaint against Sautik Goswami and Rajendra Nath, cognizance of which is yet to be taken by the Court.
