Bhubaneswar, Aug. 8 -- The East Coast Railway's (ECoR) Rail Madad portal has once again secured the number one position among the 17 railway zones in the country for its outstanding performance in handling passenger grievances.
According to ECoR sources, the portal scored 70.06 points in the performance report for the first four months of the current financial year 2025-26, as of July 31.
Rail Madad (railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in) is an integrated grievance redressal platform catering to all categories of railway customers-passengers, freight, and parcel. It has been instrumental in enhancing passenger satisfaction and improving the overall travel experience.
