Bhubaneshwar, Dec. 16 -- East Coast Railway organised a "Parcel Business: Key Customers Meeting" with the objective of strengthening stakeholder engagement and enhancing Ease of Doing Business in the parcel sector.
The meeting was chaired by Ms. Rita Raj, Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM), East Coast Railway, and was attended by senior officers from Headquarters and Divisions. Key parcel customers participated in the interactive session, which aimed at briefing them on various policy initiatives and obtaining feedback for further improvement of parcel services.
