Moscow/New York, Aug. 30 -- America economist Jeffrey Sachs, speaking on the Russia - Ukraine war and the over the issue of reaching peace, said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is intentionally avoiding taking real steps for reaching an agreement with the Kremlin for numerous reasons. This particularly includes his corruption charges.
