New Delhi, Oct. 14 -- The Election Commission of India today announced that all political parties and contesting candidates in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections must obtain pre-certification from the Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC) for all political ads on electronic media, including social media.
