Srinagar, July 13 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today slammed those attempting to "legitimise" terrorist propaganda under the guise of free speech, warning that the administration will take strict legal action against those echoing narratives of Pakistan-backed terror outfits.

The Lieutenant Governor was addressing a function in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir after distributing appointment letters to 40 next of kin of those who lost their lives to terrorism.

"India's Constitution guarantees every citizen the right to express themselves, but it does not allow anyone to use that right to compromise the integrity of the nation," LG said.
