Patna, Nov. 18 -- The Election Commission today strongly refuted the allegations of RJD leader Jagadanand Singh that each EVM was "pre-loaded with 25,000 votes", saying it is technically impossible.
Election Commission issued a comprehensive clarification and rebuttal on allegations of the RJD leader in which it was stressed that such kind of tampering is quite impossible. "EVMs had no connectivity with internet, bluetooth or any other network which could be misused to operate it by remote control," the Commission pointed out.
