Patna, Oct. 13 -- The Election Commission today issued the notification for elections to 122 Assembly constituencies out of the total 243 in Bihar, to be held in the second phase on November 11.
According to the State Election Office, the candidates can file their nomination papers till October 20. Scrutiny of nomination papers will be conducted on October 21 and candidates can withdraw their nominations till October 23.
Polling for the second phase of the elections will be held on November 11 and the counting of votes will be taken up on November 14.
The second phase of polling will cover 122 Assembly constituencies, including Valmiki Nagar, Ramnagar (Reserved), Narkatiaganj, Bagaha, Lauriya, Nautan, Chanpatia, Bettiah, Sikta, Raxaul, S...
