Patna, Aug. 3 -- The Election Commission of India (ECI) today issued a formal notice to Bihar's Leader of the Opposition, Tejaswi Prasad Yadav, seeking clarification for allegedly holding a separate EPIC number and Voter ID card.
The EC in its notice sent on Sunday referring to the statement of Yadav regarding his claims of his name being excluded from the draft electoral roll published on August 1 after completion of the Special Intensive Revision ( SIR) , said that the RJD leader had mentioned his EPIC number as RAB2916120.
