New Delhi, Aug. 29 -- EaseMyTrip today informed that Prashant Pitti has stepped down as the Managing Director of the company with immediate effect in an exchange filing.
As per the filing, Nishant Pitti has been elevated to the post of Chairman cum Managing Director effective August 29, 2025, subject to shareholders' approvals.
