Kaithal, Oct. 5 -- As per directions of Inspector General of Police Traffic and Highway Haryana, a special campaign for road safety was launched from September 28 to October 5 by the district police for prevention of road accidents. Under this campaign, strict action was taken against the drivers driving vehicles in the wrong lane, installed red blue lights atop their vehicles or for violating various traffic rules, under the leadership of Traffic SHO Inspector Naresh Kumar. Action was also taken against those who were found driving vehicles with pressure horns and modified bullet bikes.
