New Delhi, July 7 -- Delhi State Paralympic Committee chief Parul Singh met Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren in New Delhi today and appreciated the efforts being made by the Jharkhand government to improve sports facilities and extend support to para-athletes.
She also shared her views on the importance of collaboration between states to strengthen the para-sports ecosystem in the country. She presented the Chief Minister with a traditional painting depicting Lord Ram and Goddess Sita as a gesture of cultural respect and goodwill.
CM Soren thanked Singh for the thoughtful gesture and reiterated his government's commitment to promoting inclusive sports and ensuring better opportunities for athletes with disabilities.
