Ch. Sambhajinagar, Jan. 4 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast predominantly dry weather conditions across the Marathwada region on January 4 and 5, 2026, marking a brief spell of stable weather after weeks of unseasonal rainfall in parts of central Maharashtra. While minimum temperatures across the region are expected to rise by two to three degrees Celsius over the next four days beginning January 1, nighttime temperatures are likely to remain below normal throughout January, with cold conditions persisting across the region.
