Jammu, April 11 -- Spearheading a decisive battle against the drug menace, UT Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday launched the historic 100-day mass movement for a "Drug-Free Jammu and Kashmir" from Maulana Azad Stadium, urging people to join in a collective effort to make the union Territory free from the scourge of drugs.
The Lieutenant Governor flagged-off Padyatra and joined the public representatives, senior officials and thousands of citizens in the walkathon from the stadium.
