Pune, Sept. 23 -- Maharashtra Legislative Council Deputy Chairperson Dr. Neelam Gorhe today visited Pune's village deity, Tambadi Jogeshwari Devi. She offered a sacred garment, sweets, and a coconut to the goddess, expressing gratitude for the progressive work taking place in society.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Gorhe said that while the festival of the Mother Goddess is celebrated across the country, women have made remarkable achievements in various fields.
