Nagpur, Oct. 2 -- Former President of India Ram Nath Kovind on Thursday said two great personalities who hold a special place in his life are Dr Keshav Baliram Hedgewar and Dr Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, speaking at the RSS Vijayadashami event in Nagpur, Kovind said the city is closely associated with the memories of those who shaped modern India.
"Two such great personalities who hold a special place in my life are Dr Keshav Baliram Hedgewar and Dr Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar," he said.
He noted that the principle of social justice enshrined in the Constitution framed by Dr B.R. Ambedkar enabled a person from a modest social and economic background like him to reach the highest constitutional post of the country.
