Pyongyang, Sept. 22 -- North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said he is open to talks with the United States and resume dialogue, provided Washington drops its "delusional" demand for Pyongyang to relinquish its nuclear arsenal completely.
"If the United States abandons its delusional obsession with denuclearisation and acknowledges reality, seeking genuine peaceful coexistence with us, we have no reason not to meet," Kim was quoted as saying by the Rodong Sinmun daily in a speech to the Supreme People's Assembly on Sunday, reports Japan Times.
