New Delhi, Sept. 25 -- The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Financial Intelligence Unit-India (FIU-IND) today signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance information sharing and coordination, an official statement said.
This MoU is a significant step towards India's fight against the misuse of telecom resources in cyber-crimes and financial frauds.
Neeraj Mittal, secretary of Telecom, said, "As technology advances, departments have leveraged it to achieve their respective goals.
