The Chief Minister, in a letter to the people of the state on Monday, said that nowadays many young people are seen performing stunts inside homes and on the streets, performing stunts on high-speed bikes and cars, and making videos by hanging on railway tracks or from train doors.
Yogi said that in addition to this, there is also a growing trend of taking selfies in dangerous ways on tall buildings, mountains, rivers, bridges, expressways, and even water tanks.
