Patna, March 22 -- In a daring incident, some armed criminals shot dead a doctor Surabhi Raj owner of Asia Hospital under Kadamkuan police station area in the state capital on Saturday evening.
According to police the criminals entered into the Chamber of the doctor in the hospital and fired indiscriminately at her.
Police said that the doctor was found unconscious in a pool of blood in her chamber. She was rushed to the ICU and was later shifted to AIIMS Patna where she succumbed.
The reason behind the murder was yet to be known.
The senior police officers were investigating the murder case from various angles.
