Bengaluru, July 24 -- DNA Entertainment, the event management firm behind the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) IPL victory celebrations, has approached the Karnataka High Court seeking to quash the judicial commission report submitted by retired Justice John Michael D'Cunha on the June 4 stadium stampede that left 11 dead and several injured. The petition, filed by Sunil Matthew of DNA Entertainment Networks, was mentioned before a division bench comprising Justice Jayant Banerji and Justice SG Pandit.
