Ranchi, Sept. 8 -- Jharkhand BJP president and Opposition leader Babulal Marandi today strongly criticized Chief Minister Hemant Soren, alleging that he is the mastermind behind the multi-crore District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT) fund scam in the state.
Addressing a press conference at the BJP state headquarters, Marandi accused the Chief Minister of turning the DMFT fund into his personal ATM.
He alleged that officials were being deployed to siphon off money, which ultimately ended up in Soren's treasury.
"If the Chief Minister wants to prove his integrity, he should recommend a CBI probe into this scam. What we are revealing today is just the loot in Bokaro district, but such irregularities have taken place across the state. Only ...
