New Delhi, Oct. 15 -- Under the directions of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Delhi government has issued special orders to all departments concerned to ensure the capital remains clean, safe, and radiant during the Diwali festival.
According to the Chief Minister's Office, (CMO) detailed guidelines have been given to all the department heads and municipal authorities, to make sure that the citizens of the national capital enjoy the festivities in a safe and clean environment, and do not have to face traffic issues.
Gupta has said that Diwali is a festival of lights, splendor, and joy, emphasizing that the festival is not just about lamps, but is also a symbol of cleanliness, discipline, and collective cooperation.
