Vijayawada, March 26 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday said that for the first time in the history of the state, district-wise development plans are being discussed at state-level and felt that if the district collectors formulate plans for the development of their respective zones and implement them the future of the state will move on massive progressive path.

"We have five zones which are all power hubs. The first zone comprises Visakhapatnam while Rajamahendravaram is in second zone, the capital city of Amaravati in third zone, Tirupati is in fourth zone and finally Anantapuram in fifth, he said.
