Ranchi, Aug. 28 -- The Ranchi district administration is fully geared up in wake
of Muharram celebrations in the city as part of which adequate number of security
personnel have been deployed in the city to tackle any law and order problem or
untoward situation.
It has been directed to take strict action against communal elements and organisations
which may create tension and all the BDOs, COs and Officer incharge in the district have
been asked to take action against trouble mongers.
The administration has urged the people to celebrate the function in their homes. The
SDO and DSPs have been asked to organise meeting of peace committees in their
respective areas keeping in mind Covid-19 guidelines.
