Nagpur, Dec. 13 -- Minister of State for Education Pankaj Bhoyar has assured that discussionsussian with the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) will be initiated to expand historical content related to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the CBSE curriculum.
He also gave an assurance that efforts will be made to remove an allegedly defamatory play about Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj from YouTube.
MLA Satyajit Tambe raised objections, stating that the inspiring and extensive history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj has been reduced to merely 68 words in the CBSE school syllabus, which has been prepared by NCERT.
