Patna, Dec. 10 -- Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, Nandkishore Yadav today said that the discussion held in Parliament on Vande Mataram under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has revived the memories of India's freedom struggle and infused a strong sense of patriotism among the people.
Yadav said here that the government is consistently working to ignite the spirit of national pride among citizens. Vande Mataram is not only India's national song but also served as a powerful battle cry during the independence movement, he added.
