Los Angeles, Dec. 1 -- T-Series and JP Films have released the first look of Diljit Dosanjh from the upcoming film "Border 2," revealing that the sequel will expand the franchise to include the Indian Air Force alongside ground operations, reports Variety.
The poster shows Dosanjh in a fighter jet cockpit, portraying an Air Force officer, signaling that aerial combat will play a significant role alongside traditional battlefield sequences.
According to Variety, set against the backdrop of 1971, the original "Border" (1997), starring Sunny Deol, depicted the legendary Battle of Longewala, where a small Indian battalion faced a large Pakistani strike force. The film remains a landmark in Indian war cinema.
