Dimapur, Dec. 8 -- The digital learning and simulation hub, digital delivery of statutory services initiative, and Pulse App, an AI-powered news platform, were launched at the Nagaland Digital Entrepreneurship & Startup Fest at the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) in Kohima today.

S Krishnan, secretary, ministry of electronics & information technology (MeitY), launched the initiatives.

Gracing the inaugural function as the special guest, Krishnan noted that the Naga youth have abundant talent, particularly in creativity and English proficiency.

Highlighting the role of institutions like NIELIT in nurturing these potentials, he said out of 55 NIELIT centres in India, 20 are located in the Northeast.
